RADO PREP
Our club program will be focused on an Education, Community, and Athletics (ECA) philosophy. It is a privilege to play sports not a right, and with that, we will teach life lessons through our program. Our athletes are all student-athletes and will be held accountable to academic and community standards. Our program will be structured standards and backed with the structured discipline needed to succeed. We are not chasing wins on the scoreboard, vs teaching fundamentals and coaching up abilities for student-athletes to compete at the next level. Whatever that level may be.

HIGH SCHOOL DEVELOPMENTAL TEAMS
We offer high school-level teams that serve both competitive and developmental players. Our top teams will compete in some of the most elite tournaments at the state and national level, providing athletes with high-level exposure and competition.
We also support developmental teams made up of high school-aged girls who will play in local events, focusing on skill-building, confidence, and game experience to prepare them for success in their school programs.
