At RADO PREP, our club program is built on the core values of Education, Community, and Athletics (ECA). We believe playing sports is a privilege, not a right, and we use that privilege to teach life lessons that extend far beyond the court.

All of our athletes are first and foremost student-athletes, and they are expected to uphold high academic and community standards. Our program is rooted in structure, accountability, and the disciplined mindset required for long-term success.

We don’t chase wins—we develop fundamentals, build character, and coach up each player’s potential so they can compete at the next level—whatever that level may be.
